Innovation: Cheng Li

Cheng Li is a PhD student at Johns Hopkins University. Part of his studies includes examining the fate of oil in oceanic flows and what wave breaking does to oil droplets with and without dispersants.

Cheng designed the wave tank used at Johns Hopkins for DROPPS research.
