World Water Day 2017
This year’s World Water Day focused on wastewater and how our water-stressed planet can reuse it. Globally, the vast majority of all wastewater from homes, cities, industry and agriculture flows back into nature without being treated or reused, polluting the environment, and losing valuable nutrients and other recoverable materials. The United Nations has great resources for everyday citizens to do practical things to reduce water use and minimize waste.
